The guy sitting next to him can't believe what he just saw. He's more surprised when, 10 minutes later, the same guy walks back into the bar and sits down next to him.

The astonished onlooker asks, "How did you do that? I just saw you jump out the window, and we're hundreds of feet above the ground!"

The jumper responds by slurring, "Well, I don't get it either. I slam a shot of tequila, and when I jump out the window, the tequila makes me slow down right before I hit the ground. Watch." He takes a shot, goes to the window and jumps out.

The other guy runs to the window and watches as the guy falls to just above the sidewalk, slows down and lands softly on his feet. A few minutes later, the jumper walks back into the bar.

The other guy has to try it, too, so he orders a shot of tequila. He slams it and jumps out the window. As he reaches the bottom, he doesn't slow down at all. SPLAT!

When I'm on court, I fight mostly for my fellow shooter (NA!) and bn because they are good players and I FEEL that they deserve a strong team. I don't want to let them down. I don't want them to be playing hard and well and the outcome of the match was not what they and everyone wanted.

It was a pity that not everyone was able to watch the video between SA,SR. It showed the weakest link. It actually showed who gave up, who walked and some mistakes. I was enlightened. I can't really see my mistakes when I was playing. It showed the team's weakness, my weakness and your weakness.

And my life is just revolving around studies and netball.

I'm having training everyday! Till quite late because everyone end school at different timing.

It's Good Friday today, and I got woken up at 611am by my alarm clock.

But I'm glad the day ended well.

It's always good to communicate with your closed ones and friends.

We talk about random stuff at mac but more serious stuff in sub.

But the point is we talk!

Yesterday had my first ever acupunture!

bn was with me but having trypanophobia I did tried to minimise noise k!

Lately have been either slacking alot or playing audition whenever my bro isnt using the computer. gawhs, just no incentive to study gawhs boo.

Everytime i think of maths I feel so sleepy and sick.

only 10 days and many things had happened, classmates kindly fill me in about class stuff!!
I shall not blog about what happened everyday since I had already done so in my reflections logbook.

In summary,the highlights of this trip are that I visited a local school and had lessons with them for 4 days, visited the famous Qinhua University, climbed the Great Wall (WHEEES) and visited Forbidden City, the Ming tomb,Marco Polo bridge, 3 museums all about Beijing and had a trishaw ride!

Today is the last day of my workshadowing programme at METRO!!

The past 3 days had been tiring but great fun, partnered with Geok Poh,stationed at METRO-Paragon, but still got to see BN everyday after work.

BITEBITE.

The staff at METRO are like nice to the infinity point,

our "lecturers" (let me try to name them:),Serene, Zalina, Nattaphong, Kevin, Hana, Din, VM, YuChan and even the chief cashier were pretty nice!

The chief cashier had a strong sense of humor!:D

I guessed we learnt quite alot especially that things like tax free on tourist existed!, and GeokPoh seems to be in love with the customer's service.

Overall, I enjoyed my attachment!! :D :D :D

We bought chocolates for them for their patient guidance; they put down their normal work stuff and teach us, talk to us, and I think the thank-you gifts that Geok Poh and I had given them are the best! ><

HELLO,

OP is over.

It was quite fast and before I knew it I had to say,"I shall now pass the elaboration of the projects aims, targetted audience, and how Getai had modernised over the years to my second speaker, Jiat Ying. Jiat Ying please."

& There were lightnings and thunder when I was presenting so I kinda have to shout to the audience.

Just when I always pronounce lightings as lightnings.

But my teammates are fabulous; they always point out my mistakes kindly to me.

One of the audience kept frowning; I don't like.

I thought Serene's group was quite good too.

Made me quite nervous though, hahaa.

I thought my QA was totally out of point because I didn't understand the word "Insights" and by the time i realised I don't understand the meaning, it was too late.

So i had to smoke my way through.

Well, I learnt "Smoking your way through" from Kenneth.

He great at that :)

I started with crap; then I thought insights was strengths and limitations because that was in our IR.

But at the moment of panic and sheer pride, I didn't want to stumble because time was limited and I could not recall the strengths and limitations properly, so I talked nonsense.

So much so for doing QA tutorials; mind you, 27 questions!

and going to Ken for QA consultation.

I really did talk nonsense.

I never spoke like how i did yesterday to the audiences and assessors before.

But my teammates thought it was ok, so I shall just continue playing my Keyquest in PEACE.

He had a broad face which was weather-beaten and muscly arms.

He was holding onto a pair of pliers that looked so strong that it could cut her bicycle's handle bar.

He seemed to be in awe, probably due to the fact that he had never seen such a big white tennis ball in his entire life before.

But Kathenonline had no absolute idea who he was.

Is he the new gardener?

But she have yet to hear from her daddy that there would be a new gardener.

Furthermore, their castle's gardener was pretty fine and seemed to be working up to her daddy's standard.

Other than the fact that he had this uncanny habit of swearing and cursing everything that is his way.

Before she could took a second glance, the mysterious person gave another curious kick.

Kathenonline spun faster and faster, tucking her elbows tightly to her sides.

Blurred images of the castle walls with huge long portraits of her ancestors were flashing past her.

She started to feel sick.

She closed her eyes.

She nearly vomited.

At last, when she felt herself slowing down, she pushed her hands out, trying to bring herself to a halt.

But she overestimated herself and she twisted her elbows.

She groaned in pain clutching her elbows and still rolling,

her whole body weight crushed her fingers.

She fainted in pain.

They shared the juiciest and largest turkey meat.

They drank from the same silver goblet.

They could have shared the same plate, same folk and same spoon but they knew their mother would not let.

They ate happily and nonchalantly and not caring about the opposite empty seat across the long, well-polished glass table where their little sister always sat.

Without her around grabbing the bestest food and the whining for the largest share, the twins felt blessed.

But deep inside them, there was this tingly feeling that made them miss their little chubby sister.

"Where's Kathenonoline, twinnie?" one of them finally asked.

"Ighafnoiidea" said the another, chopping on his veggies.

They glanced at their parents.

The absent of their only daughter during dinner seemed to have zero impact on them.

The deafening loud "BOOOOM" startled Mary and she dropped all the tennis balls.

They rolled down the spiral staircase, bouncing along their way, as if they were in a competitive cheese roller competition.

Tortoise jumped off Mary's shoulders with fright.

It clutched onto it's owner plait with it's dear life, wondering with its tiny brain how the gargoyles could emit those smoke.

Mary could see all the white balls of varied sizes rolling away from her but soon the green smoke turned black and engulfed her.

The distant rumbling of the lawn mover had gone.

At that instance, Mary was surrounded by total, impenetrable, silent darkness, as though some giant hand had dropped a thick black coated bell jar over the entire castle.

She could hardly see what's in front of her.

She heard.

She heard the gargoyles shifting apart followed by her master's voice; "WHAYADOINGERE?"

Mary shouted back into the smoke but somehow she could not make herself heard.

A crackle and the smoke gradually and slowly thinned.

She saw her master's short and round outline.

And as the smoke started to vanish, she could figured out the master's bedroom.

Slightly behind her master, a dozen boxful of cannonballs was on the floor, a few thongs, and a long silver coated magnificent catapult.

The catapult was tensed, facing the opened full length glass windows near the bed.

And on the bed were diminutive figures of moehogs.

"I've came to show you the tennis balls, sir!"

Her master grunted,"I'm not interested in tennis balls unless you could harden them to the hardness of my steel cannonballs. Moehogs are disturbing our peace again."

Mary tried to suppress a short snort with much difficulty, but failed.

Moehogs are as tame as any rabbit in a garden.

Mary could not understand why her master was using a catapult and cannonballs which were emitting thick smoke.

Her master threw her a disgusted look but she was saved as just then the gong heralded dinner.

Meanwhile...

Kathenoneline was asleep when the housekeeper picked her up.

But she was woken up when she felt a jolt and saw herself bouncing down the castle's longest spiral staircase.

Her head spun.

Her body ached.

Her butt hurt.

And still curled up as a ball, she reached the bottom of the stairs.

She came to a halt after 10 metres.

She rested.

She remember that she was having a personal and confidential feast (she didn't even bother inviting her new set of Hello Kitty sent to her via a very special satellite) at the kitchen.

She recalled eating a huge turkey.

She craved for it again, and wished that it was an everlasting turkey and if only she could spend half her lifetime eating the turkey and the other half sleeping after eating it.

She nearly fell back into sleep when she felt a powerful kick from behind.

Still curled up a ball, she rolled and after half a cycle, she saw who the kicker was...

Life has been pretty slack lately. Everyday after school I find myself with sufficient time to play neopets ==.

and definitely lost for me because jy haven't been in school for a week.

But normal lessons are resuming with super many chinese lessons.

Not that I mind, but the recent compo marks really demoralise me.

& my phone died on me lohrrrrrrr. boohooo. I have been charging it for 2 solid days and it still refuse to wake up.

The day before it fainted, it was running on super low battery.

But i charged it and it didn't start up.

It's the battery fault because I did a check with Vijay's battery.

I wish i could undo all the moves i had done with the files from my thumbdrive and my brother's thumbdrive. Because after all the move in move out delete it copy here paste there, everything is solved once I told my dota-is-the-love brother that i need to play audition BADLY and i think soccer driven something into him; your sister is going insane! QUICK feed her audition. Which probably gives the reason why he MAY let me play (I'm hoping the desktop filled with microword docs, warcraft, maplestory, songbird, gunz and who-noes-what-games-he-still-has-in-there won't lag my game) and I'm so looking forward to tomorrow. (LPLP!)

Ahger was really brilliant, said something to help me solve a problem, but fortunately it wasn't a problem but was just me thinking too much.

HELLO.

Today is enrichment day, joined archery.

It was FUN. but I'm terrible at it :D

my team mates were superb and so was BN! (PROUD OF THEM!;)

After the enrichment activities, went to the Parliament House!

It was super cool! especially the sitting chamber.

Pamela and I got really excited when the bus passed by our secondary schools, hers was just 2+ kilometers away from mine along the road.

BBSS new campus looks A-OK.

friday: career seminar; i chose the wrong place. Went to celebrate ahger's birthday;was entertained watching them squabble. no pics because laptop don't like my usb and bluetooth. took neoprints together with the family and jare'el, first time since i existed in this world for 17 + yrs. Watched harry potter & the goblet of fire; although it was the second time watching i felt as though i missed out some scenes...

today; just play for more game master and let my day rot.

Let me take you 15 years back...

15 years ago, on the 25th September.

Marvelnonoline & Charlottenonoline were playing TABLE TENNIS.

Marvelnonoline & Charlottenonoline loved to play TABLE TENNIS.

They played TABLE TENNIS everywhere,

in the courtyard,

on the spiral staircase,

across the castle's moat

in the vineyard that the gardener had painfully taken care of,

at the pig sty,

on their four-poster beds,

over the housekeeper's head,

and even at the secret garden where their parents once met.

The castle's beautiful housekeeper did not mind a single bit.

She even let them use her neatly plaited plaits as bats!

They were too adorable to be handle.

Mary, the castle's beautiful housekeeper loves the pet tortoise more.

She adores looking at it.

So, when Marvelnonoline & Charlottlenonoline were done with playing TABLE-TENNIS, she carried the tortoise on her shoulders and went around the castle looking for lost white tennis balls. (Marvelnonoline & Charlottlenonoline hid them all over the HUGE castle)

She looked at the dungeon,

She searched in the kitchen,

She crept and checked the hidden tower,

She peered at the moat (to see if there's any floating around),

She went to chapel and

She poked her head into the stable.

Alas, there were more than what the ball-carrier could fill!

She took the biggest table tennis ball, and prop it under her armpits.

Her tortoise thought that was rather cute.

She ambled back to the castle, feeling rather thirsty and fatigued.

She walked down the long dimly-lit corridor (She took pain in lighting these kacheek-embedded torches every early mornings) and climbed up the spiral staircase with great rigor.

She felt immense heat.

She prodded on, and she reached the two fierce eagles gargoyles guarding her masters' room.

The only room in the castle which was located this high up.

The heat escalated. It was getting hotter than ever.

It was a hot day.

So maybe it was because of the weather that was causing the master's room to be intensely hot.

But she stopped.

The gargoyles were spitting green wisp of fire.

She heard shoutings and screamings and..

BOOOOOOOOM!

Today, sort of completed 90% of my promotional examinations and that is a certainly quite a relieve! Not that it was smooth-sailing, (it was rather disastrous) but partly because I can play neopets with lesser guilt now. I played 5 hours of neopets and thats because my PC crashed and I could not audition with BN.

I'm kinda upset ):

Went to the public lib to read HarryPotter and the Deathly Hallows today, with BN( she missed her huang jin lian hua show! WEIDA!) , spent ard 3 hours there and i only manage 28 pages! Thats like so slow! & BN could draw very well! 2 months only!!

what a nice and slacky day. I LIKE(: and depending on the weather, IM PLAYING BADMINTON TOMORROW!YAY!

September hols has started. Where is the motivation to study??

It came, it went, and it is gone.

I slept plenty last weekend!! Not that I was deprived of sleep during normal school days, but partly because of sluggishness, the unwillingness to start revision and the fact that rainy days are always nice to snuggle in the bed whether fatigued or not.

Today, once I completed my SPA, it was supposed to be a great day.

But the rejection of our PW's proposal kinda dampen my spirit.

tomorrow no longer seems cheerful anymore.

I miss BBSS.

I miss playing netball.

I miss Mrs Goh.

& I cant wait for the friendly match with our juniors.
